High-Performance Cast Tooling for Metal Forming Processes (SPF, HF, DB)

We design and manufacture robust cast tooling dedicated to hot forming (HF), superplastic forming (SPF), as well as diffusion bonding (DB) and brazing applications.

The advantages of our proprietary refractory steel grades (Ferrynox 25, 37 and 52S):

Advanced Cast Tooling for Composite Forming (Lay-Up, RTM, OOA)

Ferry-Capitain develops advanced tooling solutions for composite forming, covering RTM, thermoplastic, and out-of-autoclave (OOA) processes.

Our proprietary Ferrynox materials (including A36, N36, and our patented N29K grade), together with our Invar alloys, are specifically engineered for the curing of composites and thermoplastics within a temperature range of 180 °C to 450 °C, ensuring a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).

The advantages delivered by our expertise in casting complex geometries, combined with integrated thermal regulation, include:
